emz777 has zero tolerance for underage gambling. If we have any reason to suspect a player is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account and conduct a full verification review. Any winnings accumulated on an account found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited.
3 Account Registration
Each person may hold only one active account on emz777. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all accounts held by that individual, as well as the forfeiture of any associated funds or pending winnings.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and active mobile number. emz777 is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information supplied at registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your emz777 username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. emz777 will treat any activity carried out under your account credentials as authorised by you, unless you have reported your account as compromised via our support team.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on emz777 are conducted in Philippine pesos (₱). We accept deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, and Mastercard.
Minimum deposit: ₱50. Deposits made via e-wallets (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PESONet may take between 15 minutes and a few hours depending on your bank's processing times.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed by emz777 within 30 minutes for GCash and Maya, and within 1–24 hours for bank transfers. emz777 may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above certain thresholds, in accordance with PAGCOR Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
- Withdrawals may only be sent to payment methods and accounts registered in your own name.
- emz777 does not accept third-party payment arrangements under any circumstances.
- Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested.
- emz777 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal while identity verification or fraud checks are completed.

5 Betting Rules
All bets placed on emz777 are subject to the specific rules governing each sport, game, or betting market at the time the bet is placed. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept those rules.
Minimum bet: ₱20 per selection on most markets. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event, and your account tier, and are displayed at the time of placing your bet.
emz777 reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors in the odds, events being cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required playing time, clear pricing errors, or evidence that a bet was placed using unfair information advantage (e.g., match-fixing intelligence).
If a live (in-play) bet is accepted during a period of technical delay or disconnection that may have affected the odds, emz777 reserves the right to void that bet. We do not accept liability for any service interruptions caused by internet connection issues on the player's side.
Settling times: Sportsbook bets are settled as soon as the official result is confirmed from the relevant governing body. Casino game results are settled in real time. In the event of a result dispute, emz777's decision — made in reference to the official governing body — is final.
6 Bonuses & Promotions

- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal once wagering requirements are met.

- Placing bets with insider knowledge related to match-fixing, corruption, or non-public information
- Any activity that emz777 reasonably determines constitutes fraudulent, dishonest, or illegal behaviour
emz777 actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity and cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council), and law enforcement agencies as required by Philippine law. Any attempt to defraud emz777 or other players will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.

- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more
You may also request the voluntary closure of your emz777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements. Bonus balances are not refundable upon voluntary closure.
11 Limitation of Liability
emz777 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is available and functioning at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses arising from service outages, technical failures, or third-party connectivity issues.
